The Team

Helen is an Associate at Levati. She is an occupational psychologist with over 30 years’ experience and she combines this knowledge with her practical experience to create pragmatic and innovative approaches to developing leaders, teams and organisations to improve performance and employee engagement. During her career, Helen has worked with leaders across most sectors and in many countries, globally. Recent clients include developing managers in the EIB to lead in complexity and change, developing advocacy and influencing skills with scientists in an Agrichemical global business and coaching multi-agency and multidisciplinary teams to adopt a more neighbourhood approach to health care.

Her style is warm and empathetic which means people feel safe and able to open up with her. Colleagues and clients also find her to be insightful, creative and pragmatic. Helen lives outside Belfast in a small coastal town where she walks by the sea every day (despite the weather).
