Anne is an associate consultant with Levati. She is a leadership coach for individuals and teams across a range of sectors: international organisations including global pharma, extractive industries, INGOs , working with individuals and teams both internationally and in the UK. She started her work life in the Civil service including a spell as a leader in the Cabinet Office; and also spent 20 years in a boutique consultancy and 5 years as a Senior affiliate advisor at McKinsey & Co. She now works independently and as an affiliate with companies she loves. Her interest is in helping teams become better through designing and running workshops that solve the specific challenges they are experiencing, whether starting; integrating new members, coping with rapid expansion or tension and conflict. She also works with Boards, helping them learn to work well together and build a shared language. She has designed and run large events for up to 200 participants which create new ways of working together. She is comfortable working across multicultural operations, coaching teams and leaders across the globe and has been enjoying learning how to connect, build relationships and work well in a range of cultural contexts. Over the last 15 years she has worked increasingly in the world of sustainability and is currently becoming qualified as a Climate Coach.
