Greg is an experienced facilitator, executive coach and psychotherapist. For over 20 years he has been working with organisations and individuals to to help them release the potential that exists within their working relationships. Alongside his one-to-one focus, he often works with leadership teams or whole departments to help them have committed conversations about the changes they would like to make, and the strengths they may take for granted.
Aided by his experience as a qualified therapist, Greg is skilled in generating psychological safety as a facilitator and coach. This allows people to move beyond typical barriers to development such as status, convention and organisational norms. He is passionate about the importance of personal influence and has run inter-personal and strategic influence programmes for global clients all over the world.
Before working in organisation development, Greg built a career in corporate finance where he learned how to manage and lead in a highly commercial and competitive environment. This background helps him understand the realities of organisational life and hence stay practical and pragmatic with his clients. Clients include large corporate organisations such as Mace Group and Barclays PLC, alongside NGOs and the charitable sector, such as Blue Ventures (marine conservation) and Headstrong Counselling.
People say they like Greg’s warm and sometimes playful approach, and appreciate his directness and willingness to name the sometimes unspoken issues that need surfacing. He is also passionate about men’s development and the nature of masculinity – in the workplace and more widely. He is an ACCPH accredited mens group facilitator and mentor and has spent thousands of hours helping men learn how to relate to themselves and others with more compassion and connectedness.
Greg is a father to three adult children, a brother, uncle, partner, dog owner and lover of the outdoors. He is based in North London, UK.
