Frances is a founder and director of Levati. She is an organisational psychologist with over 25 years experience of developing organisations, teams and individuals. Her experience includes: developing leaders in global, household name organisations such as Ford Motor Company and Kellogg; working with leadership teams in the aerospace industry and the National Health Service; coaching chief executives and senior leaders in the public, private and voluntary sectors. She is part of the faculty developing future Chief Executives in the NHS.
Frances has a particular interest and specialism in system leadership, mobilising groups and communities to work across boundaries on complex intractable problems. Her style combines strong compassion with deep thinking and a Northern straightforwardness. She lives on a hill in rural Yorkshire with her husband and spends weekends walking in the Yorkshire Dales. She volunteers with Basis Yorkshire. https://basisyorkshire.org.uk/
