The Team

David is a director at Levati and has been working in people and organisation development for over 25 years. He has worked internally as a leader in education, financial services and engineering organisations, and now works with clients from across public, charity and commercial sectors. He has a Masters in People and Organisation Development and training in group relations. David also holds board positions including chairing Unlimited Theatre, a national arts organisation. His particular interest is in group work and how people relate to one another at work and mediate the power, politics and interpersonal dynamics of organisational life. His skill is in getting people to think differently about their work, challenges and opportunities, and to build relationship with others to get sustainable results. He lives in the Lancashire countryside and spends free time walking dogs in the fells and eating and drinking too much.
