The Levati Effect
A visual guide to what we do
We recently had one of our regular get-togethers with all our Associates. It was great to come together with everyone to share experiences and ideas, do some planning for the future and continue the tradition of drinking champagne (in that order!).
In amongst the conversations about our approaches, the work weรขโฌโขve been excited by and new things weรขโฌโขve learnt, the talk turned to what Levati is, what we do and what we stand for.
To help shape and share our thinking on this, in true Da Vinci mode we drew up a picture of our work – pictures speak louder than words after all. It helped us to clarify our new approach – learn, Embed, Transform, and get really clear on what makes us unique.
Having generated this for ourselves we thought it would be useful to share more widely. Whilst itรขโฌโขs clear that our USP isnรขโฌโขt graphic design, it captures on a page how we work, and what we bring to our clients: our depth of practice, our constant focus on the individual, team and organisation simultaneously, and our ability to hold people to account in the moment. This creates a lasting impact that shifts patterns for the people we work with and the organisations they work in.
