Influence for Results is a 3-day* intensive online workshop that will help develop confidence and capability in a range of conversation tools – to deliver results effectively and efficiently while building and strengthening relationships at work.
This workshop will help you change and improve the conversations to change and improve you and your business. This includes helping people to clearly state ideas, to disagree well, to listen and explore, to see things from multiple perspectives and to work with groups.
