This model is designed on the premise that performance does not happen or evolve in a vacuum, but relies on a context of different factors including other people’s performance and organisational culture. This is highly valuable for individuals wanting to get an in-depth exploration of their relationships at work.
The Well™ brings people together for face-to-face discussion about an individual’s performance which then feeds into a wider conversation about the context for the performance.
We facilitate this conversation, ensuring that it is honest, insightful and valuable and that the individual is fully supported. The process for this starts with a conversation with the individual about what they want to explore and who they want to invite to explore it. The individual creates the feedback questions the others will input on.
We then meet individually with all the attendees to ensure they understand the questions and context, are comfortable saying what they want to say.
We then facilitate a conversation with everyone sharing their perspectives directly to the individual. This is an extremely powerful and frequently moving experience for all.
We then finish with a 121 conversation with the individual to help them process the feedback and get clear on what next.
What we bring – experience and skill in convening these kinds of conversations, of holding people in sometimes challenging conversations in a way that makes them feel valued, but holds their accountability for their impact. Knowledge of what to pay attention to in the room, when to probe more and when to move on, and how to get people to say things that they find difficult to say.
We have developed
The result is leadership that can navigate complexity while maintaining strategic clarity and organisational alignment.
...help you change and improve the conversations to change and improve you and your business. This includes helping people to clearly state ideas, to disagree well, to listen and explore, to see things from multiple perspectives and to work with groups.
You experience people going off on tangents, not really listening to each other, not getting to the point, arguing unhelpfully, or not disagreeing at all.
It feels risky to say what needs to be said.
People take things personally
