Facilitation Skills

Facilitation Skills

What are Facilitation Skills?

You don’t have time for ineffective meetings and conversations that keep going round in circles.

Good discussions, healthy disagreement and clear decision making are the building blocks of successful businesses.

For leaders, business partners, project leads and anyone needing to get groups working together, facilitating effective interactions and collaborative working is a core skill, bringing out the best in everyone, a necessity to achieve those essential outcomes.

Bring the Best Out of Everyone

Facilitation Skills

The Workshop

This workshop is based on...

our own Intervention Cycle alongside John Heron’s Helping Styles. This theoretical base is brought to life through in-the-moment skills work over either 2, 3 or 4 days.

To develop effective facilitation skills we get people facilitating throughout the workshop, learning from that experience through expert guidance and highly impactful feedback.

People take things personally

CFR will give you the confidence and skill to unlock performance by moving into the conversations that are being avoided.

What sets us apart is...

that we also create space to explore the group dynamics (i.e. what's actually going on in the room) at some depth. Raising awareness of this is what creates really good outcomes for groups.
This creates an intensive and hands-on workshop experience that has immediate transferable application in the workplace.

Workshop Objectives

• get groups of people engaged and working effectively together
• increase self-awareness, presence and energy to support your ability to facilitate
• design meetings where people frankly exchange their views, surface underlying issues and work through their differences productively
• recognise how things are ‘stuck’ and overcome the blockages
