What is 360 Feedback?

High quality feedback is essential for any system or organisation to operate effectively. We can help you increase the quality of feedback between individuals and across the whole business. 

Our premise with feedback is based on the unavoidable difference between our intentions and our impact. We may want to be assertive, fair-minded, curious but the way others experience us, our impact on them is different. Understanding this impact, and that it exists in the relationship is key to our notion of good feedback. 

Any feedback says as much about the “giver” as it does about the “receiver”. If I give you feedback about your presentation style or ideas for a new product, it says as much if not more about what I think about presentations or products than anything that you’re actually doing. 

This makes sense when you get radically different feedback from two people about the same thing you’re doing. *Bob says I’m stubborn but Jo says I’m passionate* probably tells you more about Bob and Jo, and your relationship with them than it does about you. 

This makes most approaches to 360 feedback particularly tricky. They tend to be anonymous, not timely and all about the individual recipient.

This workshop will...

...help you change and improve the conversations to change and improve you and your business.  This includes helping people to clearly state ideas, to disagree well, to listen and explore, to see things from multiple perspectives and to work with groups. 

This Course is for You if...

You experience people going off on tangents, not really listening to each other, not getting to the point, arguing unhelpfully, or not disagreeing at all.

It feels risky to say what needs to be said.

CFR will give you the confidence and skill to unlock performance by moving into the conversations that are being avoided.

We Do This Through...

sharing our significant experience of how to have purposeful conversations, alongside creating stretching opportunities to practise the elements you need to develop. There are many programmes that give you ideas, concepts and theories about conversation skills.  CFR will give you practice, skills and confidence to do things differently. 

As a result of these 3 days you will...
  • Be much more aware of the impact you have and how to adjust that when you need to.
  • Have a range of ways of responding to a situation when what you are doing isn’t working. Thereby increasing your ability to deliver results.
  • Be able to flex your behaviour in the moment.
  • Be able to engage people’s commitment, not just their compliance. 
  • Have a tried and tested action plan to put your skills into practice straight away.
  • Be able to stay purposeful in your conversations and not get sidetracked, to deliver results whilst strengthening relationships.
