This course is not about learning how to get what you want. Instead, the course will allow you to recognise why certain choices may alter the outcome of a discussion.

You simply need a computer or smartphone to access the course. If you want to create paper copies of the exercises you will need access to a printer.
If you did it all in one go it would take you approximately half a day. But you don’t have to do it all in one go. The course is designed in short modules that you can do in any order.
