Starting out as a recruitment psychologist in a Finnish owned paper mill on the West Coast of Scotland gave me a brilliant grounding for understanding about people at work. After two years, I moved to Scottish Power where I spent 10 years working in HR and management and leadership development roles. I joined Sheppard Moscow and spent 11 years working with clients in the public and private sector providing personal and organisational development. I am a founding partner of Levati.
