When we talk to people about what we do, we’re frequently asked how we assess their current influencing style and how they use their personal power to influence business outcomes. The answer is – we ask them! We use a personal questionnaire that is designed to help people describe their behaviours in different business situations and get feedback from colleagues on it too It’s an effective method that generates a personalised report to benchmark your current influencing approach.
